‘It Doesn’t Affect You’ and How You Have No Idea What’s Coming

Excerpt of Cover Art for Appalling Stories
“Science, religion, culture, and morality are all separate.” No they’re not. But many people want us to believe they are, even as it’s becoming increasingly clear that they are all intertwined. The connection of all these things is one of the secondary themes of my short story “It Doesn’t Affect You.” If you haven’t read it yet, you should. It’s more relevant than ever and shows that most people have no idea what’s coming in our future. Two recent pop culture news items help show this too.

Newsbusters published “‘Supergirl’: Gender Transitioning When Young Affirms Your ‘Authentic Self’” on Jan. 27. And Bounding into Comics published “Transgender Actor Zach Barack to Play Peter Parker’s Classmate in Spider-Man: Far From Home” on Jan. 28.

Both stories reveal the fanaticism driving transgender activists. Both reveal that transgender activists are using children and young adults as a primary way of advancing their agenda.

You should be able to figure out some of where all this nonsense is heading by reading those two articles. And if you want to understand the situation even better, buy Appalling Stories: 13 Tales of Social Injustice and read “It Doesn’t Affect You.”

Nothing really shocks or surprises me any longer. We’ve passed the point-of-no-return ages ago.

Regrettably, I don’t believe many other people realize this.
